Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage the graphic design team for daily design operations
– Create and supervise premium packaging designs, labels, cartons, and print materials
– Ensure all artwork is print-ready with proper bleed, color modes, die lines, and finishing specifications
– Handle packaging development from concept to final production
– Coordinate with marketing, sales, production, and printing vendors
– Review and approve final artwork before printing
– Mentor junior designers and improve overall team creativity and productivity
