Catalydd’s Talent Search vertical works exclusively with automotive and industrial clients, and right now demand is outpacing how fast we can close positions. We’re inviting experienced recruiters to partner with us on a freelance, success-fee basis.
We welcome two kinds of partners:
Recruiters with their own Naukri / job portal access, who can source and share profiles directly against live mandates.
Experienced professionals without portal access, but with a strong network and hands-on recruitment experience in automotive/engineering — sourcing through referrals, LinkedIn, or your own industry contacts works just as well.
**What you’ll be recruiting for**
Automotive & engineering roles across every level — from entry-level engineers to senior/leadership positions — spanning functions like quality (IATF 16949 / APQP / PPAP), manufacturing & production, design & R&D, supply chain & procurement, plant HR, and sales/business development.
**How it works**

– Success-fee payout per confirmed closure, no cap on how many positions you take up
