Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Head to take complete ownership of business operations, including P&L, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Team Management, Cost Control, and Business Growth. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of independently driving business performance and profitability.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Steel / Stainless Steel Manufacturing
Manufacturing background is mandatory
Experience in P&L Management
Strong knowledge of Accounts & Finance
Understanding of Manufacturing Costing, Yield & Wastage
Experience managing large teams and driving KPIs/KRAs
Exposure to Stainless Steel Pipe/Tube Manufacturing preferred
